Merchandise Coordinator

Five Below has an exciting opportunity in our Center City Philadelphia corporate headquarters for a Merchandise Coordinator! Join the hottest growing retailer in the area! We currently have over 100 stores open from New Hampshire to West Virginia, with plans to open an additional 40 stores in 2010!

The Merchandise Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and assisting the merchandising team in the following areas:

• Product selection and purchase order entry
• Scheduling and coordinating vendor meetings
• Coordinate and maintain all sample areas
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, preferably as a Merchandising Coordinator in a specialty or department store
• Experience in off-price markets is a plus
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must be a team player
• Bachelor's degree required

POS Analyst

We currently have 102 stores open from New Hampshire to Virginia and will continue our fast paced expansion in the years to come!!

Five Below has an exciting opportunity available in our Center City corporate headquarters for an experienced POS Analyst. The successful candidate will provide support for store users on POS, credit authorization, and any other systems related to store operations, as well as desktop support for the Corporate Headquarters and Distribution Center.  Tools supported will include register applications, Microsoft Office, NT networks, Internet access and WAN connections for stores, etc. 

Required:

• Must have 2-5 years experience in supporting hardware or software in a retail environment.
• Must have working knowledge of Windows XP and NT networking
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Rotating after hours on-call support required
• Must be proficient in PC/Desktop maintenance, repair and support.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must be friendly, outgoing, accommodating and patient while working with end users who are in a stressful retail environment and need urgent assistance.

Preferred:

• Retail store experience desired but not necessary
• Experience in system implementations and rollouts a plus
