On the outside, you’ll find pictures of the plushes you may get, but you won’t know exactly which until you open them up. Unboxing a plush blind box is just half the fun. Once it’s open, you’re left with a super cute new plush!

Can I return or exchange a plush blind box if I don’t like what I got?
Once your plush blind box is open, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges are only allowed on unopened plush blind boxes.

If you’d like to return an unopened blind box or any of our other best-selling games and toys, bring them into any Five Below location within 90 days of purchase with your original receipt.

We’ll be happy to exchange your item, return it for store credit, or refund you to your original form of payment. If you’ve bought a plush blind box and you’re not sure if you want to keep it, be sure not to open it!
