•Store filled water balloons in a bucket of water. This gives them a bit of extra padding so they don’t bump into each other and burst.
•Keep them in the shade till you’re ready to play. Intense sun can cause your water balloons to pop too quickly.
•Give them a stretch before filling them. Slowly blow them up with a few puffs of air, then deflate and fill with water.
•Don’t fill too much. Aim for about 90% full to ensure your balloons don’t prematurely pop.
